Step Four:

Once plans are made they must be put into action. Now that you know what must be done, you do it.

Personal Change

"I will do this!"

You know what to do and now you do it. After discussing doctors with your friends you make a choice and call for an appointment. Keeping the appointment you receive advice to add to your plan. You shop for maternity clothes and buy for the nursery. You sign up for child birth classes and begin attending. With all of this preparation you are ready to put into practice all that you have learned when the child is born.

Work Change

"I will do this!"     

Implementation plans are put into action.

A support network is established. The new design is explained to employees. Necessary training is given. A target date is chosen.

The system is lead into reorganizing.
